New Roof for the Ellettsville Fire StationRecently our team had the opportunity to work with the Ellettsville Fire Station to install a new roof and gutters. As someone who grew up in Ellettsville, it was a great privilege to work on this project and make the roof good again. We were able to get the insurance company to pay for the whole roof and gutters, so no money had to come out of the town budget to do this roof. The roof required a ridge vent and turbine vents because it is split into three sections. We had to make sure each section was vented completely. Now that it’s vented correctly, this roof will last a long time. Venting is one of the most important things when it comes to re-roofing a home or property. We can’t thank all the people enough that worked hard to make this roof great! It took a lot of time, coordinating, and labor to make this huge roof of 194 squares completed in two days.
